central location helpful staff cold pool malfunctioning machine
The location was very central. I could easily access various attractions. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. I especially liked the variety it offered. Staff were very helpful giving tips for getting around.
The pool was cold. It did not seem heated despite what the hotel description said. I waited in line for coffee due to only one machine working.

great deal good value
i got a sweet deal because i use the accor plus rate. one bedroom suite on the thirteenth floor including breakfast was very good value. the suite is roomy and includes a great double shower. the location is close to central station, chinatown, and the light rail.

the building is a short walk from central station. chinatown is easily accessible. this makes the area well connected. there are many restaurant and dining options near the building, providing guests with many dining choices.

staff were friendly. the hotel staff was obliging and polite. the staff was quick and efficient to assist with requests. eveyone seemed professional and tried to accomodate my needs.

food quality good variety loud noise baby cockroach
the room was a standard queen room, and its size was fine. i appreciated that breakfast had plenty of variety. quality of food was good.
the air con make a loud noise if it was at 21c or less. i discovered a baby cockroach running across the bedside table. also another in the bathroom.
